摘　　要：暴怒所致的耳聋,常在情志抑郁或恼怒之后突然出现伴随口干舌苦、便秘尿黄、面红目赤、脉玄等状,属实证耳聋。该病起病突然,听损较重,或伴耳鸣,或伴眩晕,若重视不够,治疗不及时,其疗效将不尽人意。该病治疗原则以清泻肝胆、疏通耳窍为主,旨在调理逆乱气血,恢复脏腑虚实,梳理失调经脉。耳尖放血是通过清泻肺、胃、肝胆之火以达治疗该病的目的,具有疗效显著、副反应少、快捷方便等优点。本文通过分析耳尖穴放血治疗暴怒所致耳聋案2例,阐述其理论基础和作用机制,突出耳尖穴刺络放血疗法的优势和特点。Deafness caused by rage belongs to empirical deafness,which occurs due to the hyperactivity of liver and gallbladder fire,the blockage of Shaoyang meridians and the obstruction of ear orifices.The disease has a sudden onset,severe hearing loss,or accompanied by tinnitus,or accompanied by vertigo.If the attention is not enough and the treatment is not timely,the curative effect will be unsatisfactory.The treatment principle of this disease is mainly to clear the liver and gallbladder and dredge the ear orifices.It aims to regulate the disordered Qi and blood,restore the deficiency and excess of Zang Fu organs and sort out the dysfunctional meridians.Ear tip bloodletting is to treat the disease by clearing and purging the fire of lung,stomach,liver and gallbladder.It has the advantages of significant curative effect,less side effects,quickness and convenience.By analyzing 2 cases of deafness caused by rage treated by bloodletting at Erjian point,this paper expounds its theoretical basis and action mechanism,and highlights the advantages and characteristics of bloodletting at Erjian point.
