摘　　要：目的:探讨改良敷贴胶带固定在预防手术患者动脉导管中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年10月广西医科大学第四附属医院收治的行桡动脉穿刺置管的240例大型、危重手术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各120例。桡动脉穿刺置管成功后,对照组采用传统的3 M敷贴固定动脉导管,观察组采用改良3 M敷贴联合改良3 M胶带固定导管,观察比较两组患者动脉导管固定效果,导管区域皮肤受压情况。结果:两组患者动脉导管固定情况比较,观察组固定效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.811,P<0.05)。两组患者动脉导管区域皮肤受压情况比较,观察组动脉导管区域皮肤无压痕发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=56.907,P<0.05)。结论:改良敷贴及胶带能更好地固定手术患者动脉导管,减少导管移位、滑脱及皮肤压痕的发生,保证手术患者的安全。Objective:To investigate the application of modified adhesive tape in surgical patients with arterial catheter.Methods:240 large and critically ill surgical patients who underwent radial artery puncture and catheterization in the hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided the patients into the control group and the obser⁃vation group according to the random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.After successful radial artery puncture and catheterization,the traditional 3 M applicator was used to fix the arterial catheter in the control group,and the observation group was used the modified 3 M applicator combined with the modified 3 M tape to fix the catheter.The fixation effect of the arte⁃rial catheter and the skin compression in the catheter area were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The fixa⁃tion effect of the arterial catheter in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=12.811,P<0.05).The incidence of no skin indentation in the arterial duct area in the observation group was high⁃er than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=56.907,P<0.05).Conclusion:The im⁃proved applicator and tape can better fix the arterial catheter of the surgical patient,reduce the occurrence of catheter displacement,slippage and skin indentation,and ensure the safety of the surgical patient.
