摘  要:接地极线路阻抗监视系统测得的高频测量阻抗具有显著的非线性变化特征,不能直接用于故障测距,文章分析了高频测量阻抗的幅值和相角随故障距离的变化特征,基于故障情况下测量阻抗变化量的幅值和相角周期特性,构建了幅值–相角数值表,实现对故障区段的判定。在此基础上,根据短区段相角值的近似线性单调特性,提出了基于区段边界相角值的故障测距方法,实现了基于接地极线路高频测量阻抗幅值–相角特性的双回线故障测距。仿真验证了所提测距方法在多种工况下的有效性和准确性,能够显著降低高压直流输电系统接地极线路的故障检修难度。The non-linear high-frequency impedance measured by the ELIS of the grounding electrode lines cannot be directly used for fault location.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the amplitude and phase angles of the high-frequency measured impedance with the changes of the fault distances.Based on the amplitude and phase angle periodic characteristics of the measured impedance under the faults,the table of amplitude and phase angle values is built,realizing the determination of the fault section.On this basis,by analyzing the approximate linear monotonic characteristic of the phase angle value in a short section,a fault location expression is proposed related to the phase angle value at the boundary of the section,achieving the double-line fault location based on the amplitude-phase angle characteristics of the high-frequency measured impedance of the grounding electrode line.Simulation verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed location under various operating conditions.This method is significantly able to reduce the difficulty in the troubleshooting and facility maintenance of the grounding electrode lines in the high-voltage direct current transmission system.
