摘 要:为提升省间电力市场资源优化配置能力,首先提出了交直流混联网络化简方法和交易路径搜索算法,为省间市场物理运行与经济运营耦合出清提供了基础数据,然后提出了基于路径组合的计及通道可用输电容量(available transmission capability,ATC)的省间中长期交易优化出清算法,并探索了不同定价方法。最后,基于实际电网数据,比对分析了以社会福利最大化为目标的优化出清和传统高低匹配两种出清方式,并验证了基于交易路径的边际定价方法。算例结果表明,相比于传统高低匹配方法,以社会福利最大为目标的优化出清方式能够更充分地挖掘通道的输送能力,有利于促进新能源的消纳;采用基于交易路径的边际定价方法能够满足省间中长期交易多通道集中出清定价的需求,保证市场主体之间的相对公平性。In order to improve the resource optimal allocation of the inter-provincial market,firstly,the paper puts forward the simplification method of the AC/DC hybrid network and the transaction path searching method,which provides the basic parameters for the coupling clearing modeling of the physical and economic operation of the interprovincial market.Then,the optimization clearing method is proposed based on the path combination and taking into account the available transmission capacity(ATC) of the channels,and different pricing methods are explored.Finally,based on the actual power grid data,this paper compares and analyzes the clearing results under the two ways of the social welfare maximization and the conventional sequence mode,verifying the marginal pricing method based on the trading path.The example results show that compared with the traditional clearing method in sequence mode,the optimized clearing method with the goal of maximizing the social welfare makes full and reasonable use of the transmission capacity of UHV,and promotes the consumption of clean energy.The marginal pricing method based on the transaction path can meet the demands of the multi-channel trade organization and ensure the relative fairness between the market entities.
