摘  要:分布式光伏产消用户大量接入配电网,其并网逆变器无功功率控制的灵活性,使得产消用户的无功功率可作为良好的资源参与配电网无功电压优化。为此,在考虑产消用户提供无功辅助服务能力的基础上,提出了一种含产消用户群配电网双层优化模型。上层以配电网为主体,产消用户群为从体,建立“网–群”优化模型,主体针对自身经济效益制定有功及无功电价,引导从体优化有功和无功出力;下层以产消用户群为甲方,产消用户为乙方,计及有功和无功的耦合特性,甲方在设计合约条目中考虑乙方提供无功辅助服务的能力,基于合约理论建立“群–户”合约模型,激励乙方调动自身资源参与无功合约交易。通过搭建IEEE33节点系统进行算例分析,结果表明,所提方法能够充分挖掘产消用户的无功资源,实现资源优化配置,保障“网–群–户”各主体利益。With the connection of a large number of photovoltaic prosumers to the distribution network,the flexibility of the grid-connected inverter reactive power control makes the reactive power of the prosumer a good resource to participate in the reactive power and voltage optimization of the distribution network.This paper proposes a bi-layer optimal model of distribution network with the prosumer groups considering the reactive power auxiliary services of the photovoltaic prosumers.In the upper layer of the model,taking the distribution network as the main body and the prosumer group as the follower,a "distribution network-prosumer group" optimization model is established.The main body of the model,the distribution network,formulates the electricity prices of the active and reactive power according to its own economic benefits and guides the follower,the prosumer groups,to optimize the active and reactive power outputs;While in the lower layer,the prosumer group is taken as Party A and a certain prosumer as Party B.Considering the coupling characteristics of the active and reactive power,Party A provides the reactive auxiliary services in the design contract items by taking Party B’s ability into account.A "prosumer group-prosumer" contract model is established to encourage Party B to mobilize its resources to participate in the reactive power contract transactions.By building an IEEE33 node system for example analysis,the results show that the proposed method fully exploits the reactive power resources of the prosumers to realize the optimal allocation of resources,safeguarding the interests of the each body of the "distribution network-prosumer group-prosumer".
