摘 要:分布式能源交易是电力市场改革的重要内容,随着微电网系统的发展,微电网参与电力市场交易是不可逆转的趋势。针对多微电网点对点(peer to peer,P2P)交易模式进行了研究,首先,基于条件风险价值理论量化多微电网中源荷不确定性影响,建立了不确定性环境下多微电网点对点交易模型。其次,考虑到多微电网P2P交易对网络安全的影响,以过网费为纽带,提出一种基于合作博弈的配电网–多微电网两阶段随机优化模型。然后,为保证合作联盟的稳定,提出了基于谈判系数的纳什谈判合作价值分配机制,尊重了联盟中重要参与者的利益诉求。最后,改进IEEE 33节点系统形成算例,验证了所提模型能够兼顾市场经济性和安全性,可为源荷不确定性影响下配电网中的微电网参与电力市场交易提供参考方案。Distributed energy trading is an important part of the power market reform.With the development of microgrids on the side of the distribution network,it is an irreversible trend for microgrids to participate in the power market transactions.In this paper,the distributed peer-to-peer(P2P) trading mode of the multi-microgrids is studied.Firstly,by quantifying the influence of source-load uncertainty in the multi-microgrids based on the conditional value at risk theory,the multi-microgrids P2P trading model in an uncertainty environment is established.Secondly,a two-stage stochastic optimization model of the distribution networks and the multi-microgrids based on the cooperative game is proposed to deal with the impact of P2P transactions on the network security.Then,a Nash negotiation and cooperation value distribution mechanism based on the negotiation coefficient is proposed to ensure the stability of the cooperative alliance paying the respect of the interests of important participants in the alliance.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model in improving the alliance economy and security is verified by an IEEE 33-systems example.It also provides a reference scheme for the microgrids participating in the power market transactions under the influence of source-load uncertainty.
