摘  要:配水系统可通过水泵等元件的调节实现用电调度与控制,具有消纳可再生能源、助力“双碳”目标的巨大潜力。海水淡化厂和废水处理厂是配水系统中淡水的重要来源,耗电量巨大,然而现阶段鲜有考虑二者用电量控制的相关研究,通过淡水生产过程的调节对负荷曲线进行优化亦是研究空白。鉴于此,该文对计及淡水生产过程调控的电-水综合系统协同优化运行进行研究。对影响淡水生产过程的因素进行分析,从中辨识出关键影响因素,通过云变换理论实现淡水生产用电功率从微分、积分模型到代数模型的转化,解决“维数灾”难题。建立电-水综合系统协同优化运行的数学模型,并设计双层分布式算法高效求解该模型。提出两阶段电-水综合系统协同优化策略,以保证所得优化方案满足淡水生产的物理过程约束。算例分析表明,该文提出的模型和算法能大幅增加可再生能源消纳量,保证求解精度的同时大大缩短优化时间。The electricity consumption of a water distribution system(WDS) can be regulated flexibly by coordinating the operation of water facilities such as the water pump,a great potential to accommodate the renewable energy and promote the "dual-carbon" goal.Desalination and wastewater treatment plants are important sources of fresh water with huge electricity consumption.At present,there are few studies considering the electricity consumption control of such.The optimization of the load curve through the adjustment of the freshwater production process is also the research gap.In view of this,this paper studies the cooperative optimal operation of the integrated electrical-water system considering the regulation of freshwater production process.The factors affecting the freshwater production are analyzed,and the key influencing factors are identified.Thus,the electricity consumption model for freshwater production is transformed from the differential and integral equations to the algebraic model through the cloud transformation,solving the "dimension-disaster" problem.A mathematical model for cooperative operation of the integrated system is established,and a two-layer distributed algorithm is designed to efficiently solve the model.A two-stage collaborative strategy is also proposed to ensure that the optimization scheme satisfies the physical process constraints of the freshwater production.Case study results show that the proposed model and algorithm is able to greatly promote the accommodation of renewable energy,ensure the solution accuracy,and shorten the optimization time.
