摘 要:采用中点钳位型(neutral-point clamped,NPC)三电平功率单元和H桥级联型(cascade H-bridge,CHB)功率单元混合级联构成6kV静止无功发生器,以降低CHB功率单元数。基于构成的混合级联型静止无功发生器(hybridcascade staticvar generator,HC-SVG)拓扑设计调制方法,分析NPC三电平功率单元中点电压,建立NPC三电平功率单元直流电压与HC-SVG调制电压利用率的数学关系,得到NPC三电平功率单元直流电压对HC-SVG调制电压利用率的影响曲线,并与采用两电平功率单元和H桥级联功率单元构成的HC-SVG进行对比,表明基于NPC三电平功率单元的HC-SVG的CHB级联单元数可减少30%。构建HC-SVG的控制方案,并选择6kV/3MvarHC-SVG主电路参数,通过仿真验证HC-SVG的有效性。To reduce the number of CHB power cells,a 6 kV hybrid cascade static var generator with neutral-point clamped(NPC) three-level power cell and H-bridge cascade(CHB)power cell is proposed.The modulation method is designed for the hybrid cascade static var generator(HC-SVG) topology.The neutral-point voltage of the NPC three-level power cell is analyzed.The mathematical relationship between the DC voltage of NPC three-level power cell and the utilization rate of the HC-SVG modulation voltage is established,and the influence curve of the DC voltage of NPC three-level power cell on the utilization rate of the HC-SVG modulation voltage is obtained and compared with the HC-SVG composed of two-level power cell and H-bridge cascade power cell,which shows that the number of CHB cascade units of the HC-SVG based on NPC three-level power cell can be reduced by 30%.The control scheme of the HC-SVG is constructed,and the parameters of the 6kV/3Mvar HC-SVG main circuit are selected.The effectiveness of HC-SVG is verified by simulation.
