摘　　要：目的:利用数据挖掘探究中药治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的用药规律。方法:收集中国知网2012年1月-2022年2月近十年中药治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的相关文献,将资料录入Excel数据库,利用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对方剂中的中药进行关联规则分析,SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对药物使用频次、四气五味归经、功效、药对进行分析,运用因子分析和聚类分析进行统计。结果:共纳入128篇文献,包含128个处方,158味中药;使用频次最高的10味中药依次是黄芪、当归、白术、鸡血藤、熟地黄、茯苓、枸杞子、党参、女贞子、菟丝子;其中以补气药所占比例最大,其次为补血药。结论:中药治疗化疗后白细胞减少症以益气健脾,养血补肾为主,佐以活血化瘀,理气化痰,利水渗湿等治法。Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM medicine on post-chemotherapy leukopenia by data mining.Methods:The literature on treating post-chemotherapy leukopenia with TCM medicine from January 2012 to February 2022 was collected in CNKI.The relevant data was entered into excel database,and the association rules of TCM medicines were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to analyze the used frequency,medicinal property,medicinal flavors,meridian tropism,clinical efficacy,and medicine pair.The factor analysis and cluster analysis were performed at the same time.Results:A total of 128 articles were included,with 128 prescriptions and 158 TCM medicines,and the 10 TCM medicines with the highest frequency of application were Huangqi(Astragalus),Danggui(Angelica),Baizhu(Atractylodes),Jixueteng(Spatholobus stem),Shu Dihuang(Cooked rehmannia root),Fuling(Poria),Gouqizi(Wolfberry),Dangshen(Codonopsis),Nvzhenzi(Ligustrum lucidum),and Tusizi(Dodder).Among them,the proportion of Qi(气)-tonifying medicine was the largest,followed by hematinic medicine.Conclusion:The treatment of post-chemotherapy leukopenia with TCM medicine mainly focuses on invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen,and nourishing blood and tonifying kidney,supplemented by treatment methods such as activating blood and dissolving blood stasis,regulating Qi and dissolving phlegm,and clearing damp and promoting diuresis.
