摘　　要：健康是促进人的全面发展的必然要求。研究国际上图书馆参与国家健康战略的优秀实践,为我国图书馆在健康中国战略中发挥应有作用提供参考。采用实地调查、网络调查、线上咨询法,调查“健康爱尔兰于您的图书馆”计划,主要分析保障基础、服务内容、实施重点、当前倡议等内容。研究发现,爱尔兰图书馆参与国家战略的成功经验包括统一战略行动、提供专业服务、统一宣传推广、重视多方合作。从4个角度对我国图书馆参与健康中国战略的实践进行思考:自上而下推动图书馆参与健康信息服务;培养与保障健康信息服务人才;提供更有吸引力的健康信息服务;开展广泛的社会合作。Health is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of human beings.The paper studies the practice cases of international libraries participating in the national health strategy,aiming at providing reference for Chinese libraries to play their due role in the healthy China strategy.Using field surveys,network surveys,and online consultation methods,the paper investigates the“Healthy Ireland at Your Library”program,with special emphasis on the analysis of the guarantee basis,service contents,implementation priorities,and main initiatives.It is found that the successful experiences of Irish libraries in participating in national strategies include unified strategic action,provision of professional services,unified publicity and promotion,and emphasis on multi-party cooperation.It also explores the practice of Chinese libraries’participation in the strategy of healthy China from four perspectives:promoting library participation in health information services from top to bottom,attaching importance to cultivating and guaranteeing health information service talents,providing more attractive health information services,and developing social cooperation in a wide range of fields.
