2,4-表油菜素内酯对小环藻生长及生理特性的影响

摘  要:小环藻生长周期短,细胞代谢速率快,营养价值高,具有良好的开发前景。2,4-表油菜素内酯是人工合成的油菜素内酯类似物,对植物的生长和发育有重要的作用。为研究不同水平2,4-表油菜素内酯添加对小环藻生长及生理特性的影响,文章设置5个浓度梯度的2,4-表油菜素内酯处理小环藻,采用紫外分光光度法测定小环藻藻密度、叶绿素含量、岩藻黄素含量及蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明:不同浓度的2,4-表油菜素内酯对小环藻的生长和有机物积累均有明显的促进作用,小环藻在0.15 mg/L浓度时生长最好,在0.20 mg/L浓度时有机物积累最多。With short growth cycle, fast cell metabolism and high nutritional value, Cyclotella have a good development prospect. 2,4-epbrassinolide is a synthetic brassinolide analogue playing important roles in plant growth and development. In order to study the effects of different levels of 2,4-epibrassinolide addition on the growth and physiological characteristics of Cyclotella, this study set five concentration gradients of 2,4-epibrassinolide to treat Cyclotella. The density, levels of chlorophyll, fucoxanthin and protein of Cyclotella were assessed using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that different concentrations of 2,4-epibrassinolide significantly promoted the growth and accumulation of organic matter. Cyclotella grows best at a concentration of 0.15 mg/L, and the organic matter accumulates most at a concentration of 0.20 mg/L.
