摘 要:目的:本研究基于中国药典中对含有杜仲的中成药的处理方法以及绿原酸含量测定方法,测定四种不同杜仲叶渣中绿原酸的含量,为杜仲叶渣的合理利用提供理论依据。方法:通过醇提取法、水提取法、醇水双提取法以及提取杜仲胶四种方法对杜仲叶干燥品进行预处理,并采用高效液相色谱法测定其中绿原酸含量。结果:醇提取法后的杜仲叶药渣所含绿原酸的质量分数为0.04559%,水提取法后的杜仲叶药渣中绿原酸的质量分数为0.0159%,醇水双提处理之后的杜仲叶药渣所含绿原酸的质量分数为0.01439%,提取杜仲胶后的杜仲叶渣滓不含绿原酸。结论:醇提、水提取之后的杜仲叶药渣中绿原酸含量较为丰富,可回收利用率高。Objective: Based on the treatment of Chinese patent drug containing Duzhong and the determination method of chlorogenic acid content in Chinese pharmacopeia, the contents of chlorogenic acid in four kinds of Duzhong leaf dregs were determined in this paper, which provided a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Duzhong leaf dregs. Method: The dry products of Duzhong leaves were pre-treated by four methods including alcohol extraction, water extraction, alcohol-water double extraction and gutta-percha extraction, and the contents of chlorogenic acid were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. Result: The mass fractions of chlorogenic acid were 0.04559% in the Duzhong leaf dregs by alcohol extraction,0.0159% in the dregs by water extraction method, and 0.01439% in the dregs by alcohol-water double extraction. There was no chlorogenic acid in the Duzhong leaf dregs by gutta-percha extraction. Conclusion: The contents of chlorogenic acid in the Duzhong leaf dregs by alcohol extraction and water extraction are abundant, and the recovery rate is high.
