摘 要:目的:石斛以其抗肿瘤活性得到的了许多关注,但其活性化合物和靶点仍不清楚。本综述将梳理药用石斛的多种活性化合物,并明确其多靶点抗肿瘤作用。方法:利用PubMed、Embase和SciFinder进行系统性研究,寻找石斛中抗肿瘤作用的活性化学成分。结果:药用石斛包括石斛属的10多个品种,其茎中分离出的活性化合物包括多糖类、联苯类、菲类和生物碱,均表现出多种生物活性。联苯类表现出了明确抗肿瘤活性,其中鼓槌石斛中分离得到的毛兰素效应最强。结论:石斛活性成分复杂的含量与分布造就了其多靶点药物效应,也使得单一成分无法反映其质量、解释其效果。石斛产品质量的标准化控制必须将这些复杂活性物质的关系及效应纳入考量。Objective:Dendrobium has received much attention for its antitumor activity,but its active compounds and targets remain unclear.This review aims to sort out the active compounds of medical Dendrobium and clarify its multi-target antitumor effects.Method:Through PubMed,Embase and SciFinder,systematic research was conducted to search for the active phytochemicals of Dendrobium with antitumor effects.Result:Medicinal Dendrobium included more than 10 species of Dendrobium genus,and the active compounds isolated from its stems included polysaccharides,biphenyls,phenanthrenes and alkaloids,which all had multiple biological activities.The biphenyls showed definite antitumor activity,although different structures had different potency.Among them,erianin isolated from D.chrysotoxum had the strongest effect.Conclusion:The complex contents and distributions of the active components of Dendrobium result in its multi-target drug effect,and a single component cannot reflect its quality and explain its effect.The relationships and effects of these complex active substances must be taken into account in the standardized control of Dendrobium product quality.
