暖巢煲联合达菲林治疗PCOS不孕患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨暖巢煲联合达菲林治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的临床疗效。【方法】选取2019年7月至2021年7月在本院诊治的82例PCOS不孕患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采用达菲林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用暖巢煲治疗。比较两组排卵率、妊娠率、治疗有效率及治疗前后卵巢体积、双侧窦卵泡数和促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)水平。【结果】治疗后,两组卵巢体积及双侧窦卵泡数均显著低于治疗前,且观察组均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排卵率、妊娠率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LH、T、PRL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】暖巢煲联合达菲林治疗PCOS不孕患者,可调节PCOS不孕患者性激素水平,提高患者排卵率及妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To study the effect of warm nest pot combined with dafelin in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its effect on ovulation rate.【Methods】A total of 82 PCOS-induced infertile patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were recruited in the study.Patients were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with Dafelin,and the observation group was treated with Dafelin plus nest warming pot therapy.The volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses were observed before and after treatment.The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared.The levels of LH,FSH,E_(2),T and PRL were analyzed before and after treatment.【Results】After treatment,the volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LH,T and PRL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Warm nest pot combined with Dafelin has important clinical value in regulating the sex hormone level of PCOS infertility patients and improving the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
