摘 要:目的探究耳蜗电图(electrocochleography,ECochG)中总和电位(summating potential,SP)和听神经复合动作电位(compound action potential,CAP)面积比(SP/AP)对发作期和间歇期梅尼埃病(Meniere's disease,MD)的诊断价值。方法选择2021年1月-2022年8月本院诊断为梅尼埃病患者375例(750耳),作为试验组。另选听力正常375例(750耳)健康志愿者,作为对照组。分别进行耳蜗电图检查,标记SP/AP振幅比、面积比,得到正常值。分析梅尼埃病发作期、间歇期、对照组耳蜗电图结果。结果梅尼埃病发作期、间歇期SP/AP振幅比、面积比均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梅尼埃病发作期SP/AP振幅比、面积比均高于间歇期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳蜗电图面积比对发作期和间歇期梅尼埃病诊断具有很高应用价值。Objective To explore the the diagnosis value of area ratio of summating potential(SP)and auditory nerve compound action potential(CAP),that is(SP/AP),in electrocochleography(ECochG)for Meniere’s disease(MD).Methods 375 patients(750 ears)from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the test group.Another 375 healthy volunteers(750 ears)with normal hearing were selected as the control group.Cochlear electrographs were performed separately,and the SP/AP amplitude ratio and area ratio were marked to obtain normal values.The results of onset,interval and control group were analyzed.Results SP/AP amplitude ratio and area ratio of disease onset and interval were significant(P<0.05).The SP/AP amplitude ratio and area ratio of Meniere onset were higher than the interval,and they were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cochlear graph area ratio is highly useful for seizure and intermittent diagnosis.
