摘　　要：目的研究改良会阴缝合术对产后疼痛、盆底肌功能及性功能影响的随机对照临床试验。方法受试者即医院2020年7月1日-2020年9月30日收治的54例阴道分娩产妇。以随机抽签法将其分成实验组以及对照组,每组27例。对照组采用传统缝合方式,实验组则开展改良会阴缝合术。比较两组产后疼痛、盆底肌功能及性功能,术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组术后疼痛发生率为11.11%(3/27),低于对照组的44.44%(12/27)(P<0.05)。实验组Ⅰ类肌肌力异常以及Ⅱ类肌肌力异常发生率分别为51.85%(14/27)、18.52%(5/27),均低于对照组的77.78%(21/27)、44.44%(12/27)(P<0.05)。实验组产后各项性功能评分分别均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后软产道裂伤、产后出血以及会阴愈合不良发生率对比差异均不明显(均P>0.05)。结论改良会阴缝合术可有效减轻产后疼痛,且对盆底肌功能以及性功能的影响程度较小,不会增加术后并发症发生风险。Objective To study the effects of modified perineal suture on postpartum pain,pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function.Methods The subjects were 54 pregnant women with vaginal delivery treated in the hospital from July 1,2020 to September 30,2020.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The traditional suture was used in the control group,and the improved perineal suture was carried out in the experimental group.The postpartum pain,pelvic floor muscle function,sexual function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative pain in the experimental group was 11.11%(3/27),which was lower than 44.44%(12/27)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of class I and class II muscle strength abnormalities in the experimental group were 51.85%(14/27)and 18.52%(5/27)respectively,which were lower than 77.78%(21/27)and 44.44%(12/27)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of postpartum sexual function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of soft birth canal laceration,postpartum hemorrhage and poor perineal healing between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Modified perineal suture can effectively reduce postpartum pain,and has little impact on pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function,and will not increase the risk of postoperative complications.
