摘　　要：目的探讨水囊引产术在高危足月妊娠孕妇中的引产效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年8月诊治的50例高危足月妊娠孕妇作为探究对象,随机分成两组。对照组行缩宫素引产;观察组行低位水囊联合缩宫素引产。结果两组相比,观察组引产总有效率、孕妇满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05),心理及生理状态、不良反应发生率、临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水囊引产术干预可缩短产程时间,降低临床相关指标,改变心理和生理状态,同时降低不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of water sac induced labor in high-risk full-term pregnant women.Methods 50 high-risk full-term pregnant women diagnosed and treated from January 2019 to August 2021 were divided into two groups.The control group received oxytocin induced labor;the observation group was induced by low water sac combined with oxytocin.Results Comparing the two groups,the total response rate and maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the psychological and physiological status,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical indicators were all low(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of water sac induced labor can shorten the time of labor,reduce clinical related indexes,change psychological and physiological states,and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization.
