毫米波治疗仪联合补肾健脾汤治疗对骨质疏松症骨痛患者临床疗效、疼痛程度及疼痛因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)骨痛患者采用毫米波治疗仪联合补肾健脾汤对临床疗效、疼痛程度及疼痛因子的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年11月本院收治的OP骨痛患者共计180例,根据随机摸球法分成治疗组(n=90)与对照组(n=90),治疗组采用毫米波治疗仪联合补肾健脾汤治疗,对照组采用补肾健脾汤治疗治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、疼痛因子、骨密度进行比较。结果治疗组(97.78%)治疗总有效率较对照组(82.22%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组视觉疼痛模拟尺评分法(VAS)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清前列腺E2(PGE2)、P物质(SP)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组股骨颈、腰椎骨密度均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论毫米波治疗仪联合补肾健脾汤应用于OP骨痛患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,降低疼痛程度,改善疼痛因子,提高骨密度。Objective To investigate the effect of millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus combined with Bushen Jianpi decoction on clinical efficacy,pain degree and pain factors in patients with osteoporosis(OP)bone pain.Methods A total of 180 patients with OP bone pain who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into group A(n=90)and group B(n=90)according to the random touch ball method.The wave therapy instrument combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction,and group B was treated with Bushen Jianpi Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain level,pain factors and bone mineral density of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A(97.78%)was higher than that of group B(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual pain analog scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in group A was more obvious than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum prostate E2(PGE2)and substance P(SP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in group A was more significant than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of femoral neck and lumbar vertebra in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in group A was more obvious than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of patients with OP bone pain can improve clinical efficacy,reduce pain,improve pain factors,and increase bone mineral density.
