综合护理在脑立体定向超早期微创冲水法治疗幕上高血压脑出血患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究幕上高血压脑出血患者经脑立体定向超早期微创冲水法治疗中采取综合护理的护理效果。方法选取本院2019年7月-2020年4月收治的幕上高血压脑出血患者64例,全部患者均实施脑立体定向超早期微创冲水法治疗,随机分为研究组和对照组各32例,研究组采取综合护理,对照组采取常规护理,观察并比较两组患者的护理效果、并发症发生情况、负性情绪评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分。结果研究组的护理总有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组负性情绪对比无差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组焦虑自测量表(SAS)、抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。干预前,两组NIHSS评分对比无差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在脑立体定向超早期微创冲水法治疗幕上高血压脑出血患者的过程中,综合护理能够降低血压水平、减少并发症、护理效果较好。Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by brain stereotactic ultra early minimally invasive flushing.Methods A total of 64 patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 were selected.All patients were treated with stereotactic ultra-early minimally invasive water flushing,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group.For 32 cases,the study group took comprehensive care,and the control group took conventional care.The nursing effect,complications,negative emotion score,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS)score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in the comparison of negative emotions between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of the self-measurement table for anxiety(SAS)and self-measurement table for depression(SDS)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the treatment of supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with brain stereotactic ultra early minimally invasive flushing method can reduce blood pressure level,reduce complications and have better nursing effect.
