摘　　要：目的探讨破裂性腹主动脉瘤患者行腔内修复术治疗围手术期的护理措施。方法回顾性分析本院2017年4月-2021年3月收治的38例破裂性腹主动脉瘤行腔内修复术治疗患者的临床资料,总结围手术期的护理经验。结果30例患者术后治愈出院,8例患者于术后30d内死亡(21.05%),死亡的主要原因有心脏呼吸骤停、急性左心衰、腹腔间隔室综合征、失血性休克、内漏再破裂出血。结论对破裂性腹主动脉瘤行腔内修复术患者围术期进行积极有效的护理,有利于患者术后的恢复。Objective To explore the care measures for patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm(RAAA)during the perioperative period of endovascular aneurysm repair.Methods The clinical data of 38 cases with RAAA undergoing endovascular aneurysm repair in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,and the perioperative nursing experience were summarized.Results Thirty patients were cured and discharged after surgery,eight patients died within 30 days(21.05%),and the main causes of death were cardiac respiratory arrest,acute left heart failure,abdominal compartment syndrome,hemorrhage shock,endoleak rerupture and hemorrhage.Conclusion Active and effective nursing care for patients with RAAA undergoing endovascular aneurysm repair is beneficial to postoperative recovery.
