摘　　要：目的研究“互联网+”4C延续性护理管理模式应用于社区产褥期妇女保健的效果。方法选择深圳市福田区八卦岭区域社康中心及下属社康站点符合纳入标准的130例足月单胎初产妇。以随机抽签法将其分作试验组及对照组,每组各65例。对照组开展社区常规护理干预,试验组则开展“互联网+”4C延续性护理管理模式干预。分析两组干预前后自我护理能力以及自我效能感水平变化情况。结果干预后试验组自我概念、健康水平、护理技能以及责任感评分分别为(23.49±3.66)分、(55.78±6.73)分、(32.37±4.25)分、(20.38±1.24)分,均高于对照组的(18.37±3.02)分、(46.24±6.10)分、(26.41±4.21)分、(14.37±1.02)分(均P<0.05)。干预后试验组及对照组的GSES评分分别为(34.15±2.33)分、(30.06±2.14)分,均高于干预前的(24.89±2.10)分、(25.12±2.07)分,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”4C延续性护理管理模式应用于社区产褥期妇女保健的效果较佳,可提高产妇的自我护理能力以及自我效能感水平。Objective To study the effect of“Internet+”4C continuity nursing management mode in community health care for puerperium women.Methods 130 full-term singleton primiparas who met the inclusion criteria were selected from Bagualing regional social health center and subordinate social health sites in Futian District,Shenzhen.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given community routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given the“Internet+”4C continuity nursing management mode intervention.The changes of self-care ability and self-efficacy of the two groups before and after intervention were analyzed.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-concept,health level,nursing skills and sense of responsibility in the experimental group were(23.49±3.66),(55.78±6.73),(32.37±4.25)and(20.38±1.24)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(18.37±3.02),(46.24±6.10),(26.41±4.21)and(14.37±1.02)(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the GSEs scores of the experimental group and the control group were(34.15±2.33)and(30.06±2.14)respectively,which were higher than those before the intervention(24.89±2.10)and(25.12±2.07),and the GSEs scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The“Internet+”4C continuity nursing management mode is effective in the community health care for puerperium women,and can improve the self-care ability and self-efficacy level of the puerpera.
