摘　　要：目的探究新生儿应用失效模式与效应分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)联合抚触护理的效果。方法对2020年6月-2021年6月在茂名市中医院出生的新生儿120例,按随机数字均分法分为观察组60例和对照组60例。对照组新生儿给予常规护理,观察组新生儿给予FMEA联合抚触护理。比较两组新生儿各喂养目标变化状况、血清胆红素指标、排胎便时间、黄疸消退时间及不良反应总发生率。结果护理后,观察组新生儿母乳转运合格、母乳存放合格各项喂养目标均高于对照组(χ^(2)=13.333、10.385,P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的血清胆红素指标、排胎便时间及黄疸消退时间均低于对照组(t=17.018、13.167、1.850,P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良反应总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%)(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。结论新生儿应用FMEA联合抚触护理,有助于其各项喂养目标得到改善,促进血清胆红素水平的降低,缩短新生儿排胎便时间及黄疸消退时间,减少不良反应总发生率,利于健康成长。Objective To explore the effect of FMEA combined with touch nursing on newbors.Methods 120 cases of newborns born in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were chosen,and according to the random number,they were divided into two groups:60 cases of observation group and 60 cases of control group.The newborns of the control group received routine care,and the newborns of the observation group were given FMEA and touch nursing,to compare the changes in the variation of each of the newborn,serum bilirubin indicators,tire retaining time,jaundice abundance time and total incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results After the nursing,the newborn genus transfers were qualified,and all feeding targets for breast milk storage were higher than those of the control group(χ^(2)=13.333,10.385,P<0.05).The serum bilirubin indicators,the tire time and jaundice removal time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=17.018,13.167,1.850,P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal adverse reactions(3.33%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(16.67%)(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).Conclusion The newborns can be treated with FMEA combined with touch nursing,which helps to improve their feeding targets,promote the reduction in serum bilirubin levels,shorten the newborn tire time and jaundice removal time,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,beneficial to health growing up.
