摘 要:目的探讨采供血过程控制管理对血站血液质量的有效评价。方法选取2020年1月1日-2021年12月30日于梅州市中心血站进行无偿献血者20000例。其中,把2020年1月1日-2020年12月30日时段无偿献血者10000例作为对照组,采用常规采供血过程管理。把2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日时段无偿献血者10000例作为观察组,采用采供血过程关键点管理。观察两组不同管理方法对于血液分类情况、不良事故发生情况及痛感情况的影响。结果观察组献血者穿刺后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(1.42±0.68)分,低于对照组(4.52±0.74)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的血液报废情况明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组献血者登记表错误、检验分类错误及标签粘贴错误情况低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组献血者献血后头晕、出汗及呕吐等不良反应发生情况均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组采血者的穿刺成功情况高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组血液运输中的不良事故发生情况低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在采供血过程中,针对其中的关键点进行管理,能够减轻献血者的穿刺痛感、提升血液管理、降低血液分类出错情况、减少献血者的献血后的不良反应情况及运输中的不良事故发生,能够从根本上提升血液质量情况,增加血液贮存情况,具有较好的应用价值。Objective To explore the effective evaluation of blood quality in blood collection and supply process control management.Methods 20000 cases of unpaid blood donation were selected in our center from January 1,2020 to December 30,2021.Among them,10000 unpaid blood donors from January 1,2020 to December 30,2020 were taken as the control group,and routine blood collection and supply process management was adopted.10000 unpaid blood donors from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 were taken as the observation group,and the key point management of blood collection and supply process was adopted,and the key points in the blood collection and supply process were managed.The effects of different management methods in the two groups on blood classification,occurrence of adverse accidents and pain were observed.Results The visual analogue score(VAS)of blood donors in the observation group was(1.42±0.68),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.52±0.74)(P<0.05).The scrapping of blood in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The errors of blood donor registration form,test classification and label pasting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,sweating and vomiting of blood donors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success of puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse accidents in blood transportation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of blood collection and supply,the management of key points can reduce the puncture pain of blood donors,improve blood management,reduce blood classification errors,reduce adverse reactions after blood donation and adverse accidents during transportation,fundamentally improve blood quality and increase blood storage,with good applicatio
