摘　　要：脑小血管病(CSVD)起病隐匿,容易被患者甚至临床医师忽视。本文主要就CSVD的影像学分类特点、药物治疗进展等方面进行一系列阐述,以提高对脑小血管病的认识和诊疗水平。Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a common disease that seriously endangers the health of the Chinese people.Due to many hidden diseases,it is easy to be ignored by patients and even clinicians.This paper mainly focuses on a series of elaboration on the imaging classification characteristics and the progress of drug treatment,so as to improve everyone's understanding and diagnosis and treatment level of cerebral microvascular disease.
