艾灸联合中药治疗低雄激素性少弱精子症患者的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合中药治疗对低雄激素性少弱精子症患者的精液质量、性激素及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2021年6月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院诊治的120例肾虚型(肾精亏虚型)低雄激素性少弱精子症患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组采用杞贞合剂治疗;治疗组采用杞贞合剂联合艾灸治疗,比较两组的疗效及安全性(精液指标、内分泌激素水平、中医临床证候评分、血常规、肝肾功能等)。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组前向运动精子率、精子总活力、血清总睾酮、中医临床证候评分较治疗前均明显提高,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合杞贞合剂治疗可提高低雄激素性少弱精子症患者的精子活力,改善血清总睾酮水平。Objective To investigate the effects of moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine on semen parameters, sex hormones and quality of life in patients with hypoandrogenic oligozoospermia. Methods 120 patients with hypoandrogenic oligozoospermia of the kidney deficiency type(kidney essence deficiency type) who were treated in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Qizhen healing;the treatment group was treated with Qizhen Healing combined with moxibustion. The efficacy and safety of two groups(semen index, endocrine hormone level, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, blood routine, liver and kidney function, etc.) were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the forward motion sperm rate, total sperm vitality, serum total testosterone and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine can increase sperm motility and improve serum total testosterone levels in patients with hypoandrogenic oligospermia.
