摘　　要：目的分析达泊西汀联合经皮电刺激治疗早泄的临床疗效及对5-羟色胺水平和症状评分的影响。方法选取2021年4月1日至11月1日南昌大学第一附属医院诊治的90例早泄患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分成电刺激组、药物组和联合组,均为30例。药物组使用达泊西汀治疗,电刺激组使用经皮电刺激治疗,联合组使用达泊西汀联合经皮电刺激治疗。在治疗前后评定三组阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、临床疗效、血清5-羟色胺水平和中国早泄患者性功能评价表-5(CIPE-5)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗前,三组患者IELT、血清5-羟色胺水平、CIPE-5评分、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组IELT、血清5-羟色胺水平和CIPE-5评分均高于药物组和电刺激组,HAMD评分低于药物组和电刺激组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达泊西汀联合经皮电刺激治疗早泄能明显提升治疗效果,提高5-羟色胺水平,改善性功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dapoxetine combined with transcutaneous electrical stimulation in the treatment of premature ejaculation and its influence on the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine and scale scores.Methods 90 patients with premature ejaculation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 1 to November 12021 were enrolled,and divided into three groups by random number grouping method,each with 30 cases.Drug group received dapoxetine,electrical stimulation group received transcutaneous electrical stimulation,and combination group received dapoxetine combined with transcutaneous electrical stimulation.The intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),clinical outcomes,serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,scores of Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation-5(CIPE-5)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)of the three groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IELT,serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,CIPE-5 score and HAMD score among three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IELT,serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine and CIPE-5 score in combination group were higher than those in drug and electrical stimulation group,and HAMD score was lower than those in drug and electrical stimulation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Dapoxetine combined with transcutaneous electrical stimulation in the treatment of premature ejaculation can effectively increase serum 5-hydroxytryptamine levels and improve sexual function.
