皖南地区2 025例拟生育男性精液常规调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨皖南地区拟生育男性的精液质量现状及影响因素。方法选取2020年2月至2021年10月芜湖市第二人民医院收治的2025例男性患者作为研究对象。对其进行精液常规分析,并根据年龄段分成≤25岁组、>25~≤30岁组、>30~≤35岁组、>35~≤40岁组和>40岁组,分别进行各参数比较。结果2025例拟生育男性精液质量分析结果中,正常1221例(60.3%),异常804例(39.7%),其主要异常参数为前向运动精子率;异常男性患者中,无精症占2.1%。>40岁组的精液体积及精子总数低于其他四组,>40岁组精液体积异常率大于其他四组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精子活力异常是皖南地区拟生育男性精液质量降低的主要表现,但总体精液异常率较低。相较于精液其他参数的变化,更应该关注高龄(>40岁)拟生育男性的精液质量。Objective To explore the current status of and influencing factors for semen quality of maternity planning males in southern Anhui.Methods 2,025 male patients admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Wuhu from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,who received routine semen analysis and were divided into≤25-year-old group,>25-≤30-year-old group,>30-≤35-year-old group,>35-≤40-year-old group and>40-year-old group depending on the age,for comparison of the relevant indicators.Results Among the 2,025 maternity planning males,1,221(60.3%)had normal semen quality and 804(39.7%)had abnormal semen quality.The primary indicator with abnormality was the rate of forward progression sperm;azoospermia accounted for 2.1%of the patients with abnormal semen quality.Semen volume and total sperm count were lower in>40-year-old group than in any of the rest 4 groups,and abnormal rate of semen volume was higher in>40-year-old group than in any of the rest 4 groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Abnormal sperm motility is the main manifestation of lowered semen quality among maternity planning males in southern Anhui,yet the overall abnormal rate of semen is low.Compared to changes in other semen quality indicators,greater attention should be paid to the semen quality of older(>40-year-old)maternity planning males.
