摘  要:目的分析T淋巴细胞相关蛋白(MAL)、gp41、磷酸化磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶C-γ(pPLC-γ)在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染患者中的表达及相关性。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院收治的70例HIV感染患者作为观察组,另外选取同期进行健康体检的70例志愿者作为对照组。通过实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测两组MAL表达,通过流式细胞仪检测两组gp41、pPLC-γ表达。分析MAL、gp41、pPLC-γ的表达变化与HIV感染的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组MAL表达下降,gp41、pPLC-γ表达上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MAL、gp41、pPLC-γ表达与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),MAL、gp41、pPLC-γ表达与患者HIV阳性时间、是否服用抗病毒药物、临床症状相关(P<0.05)。MAL与gp41呈负相关(r=-0.637,P=0.001);MAL与pPLC-γ呈负相关(r=-0.601,P=0.001);gp41与pPLC-γ呈正相关(r=0.693,P=0.001)。三项联合对HIV感染的诊断价值高于MAL、gp41、pPLC-γ单项诊断(P<0.05)。结论HIV感染患者MAL表达下降,gp41、pPLC-γ表达上升,MAL、gp41、pPLC-γ与患者HIV阳性时间、临床症状、是否服用抗病毒药物有关,其可能参与了HIV感染的发生、发展,可为HIV临床诊断提供参考。Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of T lymphocyte-associated protein(MAL),gp41,phosphorylated phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C-γ(pPLC-γ)in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Methods 70 HIV infected patients admitted to Beijing You′an Hospital,Capital Medical University from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 70 volunteers who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group.The expression of MAL in the two groups was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,and the expression of gp41 and pPLC-γin the two groups was detected by flow cytometry.The correlation between the expression changes of MAL,gp41,pPLC-γand HIV infection were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of MAL in the observation group decreased,while the expression of gp41 and PLC-γincreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of MAL,gp41 and pPLC-γhad no significant correlation with age and gender(P>0.05).The expression of MAL、gp41、pPLC-γwas significantly correlated with HIV positive time,whether taking antiviral drugs and clinical symptoms(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between MAL and gp41(r=-0.637,P=0.001),MAL and pPLC-γ1(r=-0.601,P=0.001).There was a positive correlation between gp41 and pPLC-γ(r=0.693,P=0.001).The diagnostic value of three combinations for HIV infection was higher than that of MAL,gp41 and pPLC-γsingle diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MAL in HIV infected patients decreased,while the expression of gp41 and pPLC-γincreased.MAL,gp41 and pPLC-γare related to the patient′s HIV positive time,whether taking antiviral drugs and clinical symptoms,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of HIV infection,and can provides reference for HIV clinical diagnosis.
