信息化在单病种质量管理中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的 分析信息化建设对单病种质量管理的干预效果。方法 厦门大学附属第一医院于2021年6—12月采用信息化手段对国家规定的51个单病种开展上报和质量管理,运用PDCA循环管理法、制订单病种管理方案、单病种诊疗规范和临床路径,建设单病种信息化闭环管理系统助力单病种管理。结果 完成国家规定的2020—2021年单病种上报,上报一份单病种病历需时缩短,差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.001);提高医院单病种上报率,医务人员对于改进后提升单病种上报效率、提升单病种上报准确性,提升医生单病种上报积极性,持续改进单病种诊疗质量4个方面的满意度均得到提升,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 利用信息化手段不断完善单病种质量管理,可以提高单病种质量管理的效率、准确性,提高医务人员满意度,规范诊疗行为,提高医疗安全。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of information construction on single disease quality managemen.Methods From June to December 2021, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University adopted information-based means to carry out reporting and quality management of 51 single diseases stipulated by the state, and used PDCA circular management method to formulate single disease management scheme, single disease diagnosis and treatment norms and clinical path to build a single disease information closed-loop management system to help single disease management. Results Complete the national single disease reporting from 2020 to 2021, and the time required to report a single disease medical record is shortened and statistically significant(P < 0.001), so as to improve the hospital single disease reporting rate. The satisfaction of medical staff for improving the reporting efficiency, accuracy, enthusiasm and continuous improvement of the diagnosis and treatment quality of single diseases had been improved and statistically significant(P < 0.001).Conclusion Using information technology to continuously improve the quality management of single disease can improve the efficiency and accuracy of quality management of single disease, improve the satisfaction of medical staff, standardize diagnosis and treatment behavior, and improve medical safety.
