摘　　要：科研实验室是研究型医院创新人才能力培养的基地,医院投入大量人、财、物建设和运行。因此如何科学、有效地进行考核以促进其发展尤为重要,国内研究型医院科研实验室的发展较西方国家略晚,在研究型医院科研实验室的考核评估中,科学客观、准确严谨、定性和定量、长短期结合的评价体系还在不断摸索中。实验室的考核是优化医院资源配置的手段,目的是激励医院科研实验室发展。本文从科研产出、人力投入、空间投入、安全管理四个角度出发细化了各指标的构成、权重以及计算方法,构建形成了完整可靠,且具有较强可实施性的科研实验室考核方式,以供其他研究型医院交流及探讨。The scientific research laboratory is the base for the cultivation of innovative talents in the research hospital.The scientific research laboratory is the base that has used to cultivate innovative talents of research hospital. The hospital has invested a lot of people, money and materials in the construction and operation. Therefore, how to conduct assessment scientifically and effectively to promote its development is particularly important. The development of scientific research laboratories in domestic research hospitals is slightly later than that in Western countries. Quantitative, long-term and short-term evaluation systems are still being explored. Laboratory assessment is a means to optimize the allocation of hospital resources, and the purpose is to stimulate the development of hospital scientific research laboratories. In this paper, the composition, weight and calculation method of each index are refined from the perspectives of scientific research output, human input, space input and safety inspection, and a complete, reliable and highly implementable scientific research laboratory assessment method is constructed., which can be exchanged and discussed with other research hospitals.
