摘　　要：目的 探讨基于PDCA循环的医院微生物标本采集质量改进效果。方法 选择2020年5—11月阳春市中医院检验科的3 160例微生物标本进行研究,对其采集结果进行调查分析,包括血液标本、痰标本、尿液标本、粪便标本;2020年12月—2021年6月在3 160例微生物标本采集过程中实施PDCA循环改进,实施前后比较微生物标本采集理论知识与技能考核评分,评价PDCA循环管理效果及满意度情况。结果 实施后微生物标本采集理论知识掌握度与技能考核掌握水平均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实施后标本拒收率低于实施前,检验不合格率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实施满意度评分为(86.73±5.72)分。结论 PDCA循环管理在医院微生物标本采集中应用可提升采集质量,可能与采集理论知识与技能水平提升相关,应用效果显著,满意度高。Objective To explore the effect of improving the quality of hospital microbiological specimen collection based on PDCA cycle.Methods From May to November 2020, a total of 3 160 microbial specimens from the Laboratory of Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for research. The collected results were investigated and analyzed, includ blood specimens, sputum specimens, urine specimens, and stool specimens;December 2020to June 2021, the PDCA cycle improvement was implemented during the collection of 3 160 microbial specimens. The theoretical knowledge and skill assessment scores of microbial specimen collection were compared before and after the implementation, and the PDCA cycle management effect and satisfaction were evaluated. Results After the implementation, the level of mastery of theoretical knowledge and skill assessment of microbial specimen collection was higher than before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after implementation, the rejection rate of specimens was lower than before implementation, and the unqualified rate of inspection was lower than before implementation. Before, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the implementation satisfaction score was(86.73±5.72)points. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the collection of microbiological specimens in hospitals can improving the quality of collection, which may be relate to the improvement of the theoretical knowledge and skills of collection,with significant application effects and high satisfaction.
