摘　　要：目的 探讨评判性思维护理在老年冠心病心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月在厦门大学附属第一医院住院的80例老年冠心病心律失常患者,进行随机分组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用评判性思维护理,对比不同护理方法的治疗效果,包括负性情绪、心功能、生存质量、护理满意度。结果 试验组负性情绪低于对照组(P <0.05);心功能指标中左心室射血分数低于对照组(P <0.05),而舒张末期和收缩末期内径低于对照组(P <0.05);生存质量高于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 老年冠心病心律失常患者实施评判性思维护理效果可观。Objective To explore the application effect of critical thinking nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into 40 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing, and the test group used critical thinking nursing. The therapeutic effects of different nursing methods were compared, including negative emotions, cardiac function, quality of life, and treatment compliance rate. Results The negative emotion of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05), the left ventricular ejection fraction was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05), while the end diastolic and end systolic diameters were lower than that of the control group(P <0.05), the quality of life was higher than that of the control group,and the treatment compliance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of critical thinking nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia is considerable.
