护士预防误吸知信行的现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解三级甲等医院护士预防患者误吸知识、态度、行为(知信行)现状,并分析其影响因素,为相关培训方案和干预措施的进一步实施提供基础。方法 2022年4—6月,采用自行设计的调查问卷,通过问卷星平台对山东省5所三级甲等综合医院455名护士进行调查,并应用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果 护士预防患者误吸知信行总分为(87.18±11.70)分,其中知识维度得分(9.70±3.43)分;态度维度得分(28.12±3.46)分;行为维度得分(49.37±8.97)分。不同性别、年龄的护士知识纬度分数差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),年龄对护士预防患者误吸知信行有影响(P <0.05),不同性别、学历的护士行为得分方面差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 山东省内三级甲等综合医院护士预防患者误吸的态度积极,但知识和行为水平有待提高,知信行水平受年龄的影响。Objective To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurse in general hospital in preventing inpatients from aspiration,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for further training programs and intervention measures. Methods From April to June 2022, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 455 nurses from 5 general hospitals in Shandong Province by the questionnaire star platform. Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The total score of nurses’ knowledge and behavior in preventing aspiration of patients was(87.18±11.70)points,including knowledge dimension score(9.70±3.43) points;attitude dimension score(28.12±3.46) points;behavior dimension score(49.37±8.97)points.There were significant differences in nurses ’ knowledge scores between different genders and ages(P < 0.05).Age had an impact on nurses’ prevention of patients ’ aspiration(P < 0.05). There were significant differences in nurses ’ behavior scores between different genders and educational backgrounds(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nurses in general hospitals in Shandong Province have a positive attitude towards preventing aspiration among inpatients, but the level of knowledge and behavior needs to be improved. The level of knowledge,belief and behavior is affected by age.
