摘　　要：在医院的护理管理工作中ICU患者护理安全用药是临床护理工作所面临的重要课题,用药失误是最常见的错误类型,患者容易遭受用药失误的风险;制订出一套科学、合理、适用的ICU患者安全用药评价体系,有助于减少用药失误的发生,有效保障住院患者安全;从而使ICU护理差错风险得到最大程度降低,有利于节约医疗卫生资源,为医院护理管理提供信息及决策的支持。本文介绍国内外ICU护理用药安全的现状,综述了ICU患者护理安全用药评价体系在国内及国外医院护理管理中的研究进展,提出关注ICU护理安全用药管理评价及措施,对预防ICU护理不良事件发挥着重要的作用,对我国构建一套完整的ICU护理用药安全评价指标体系具有重大意义。In the nursing management of the hospital, the safe medication of ICU patients is an important topic faced by clinical nursing work. Medication errors are the most common type of errors, and patients are prone to the risk of medication errors.A set of scientific, reasonable and applicable evaluation system for safe medication of ICU patients is formulated, which will help to reduce the occurrence of medication errors, Effectively ensure the safety of inpatients, so as to minimize the risk of nursing errors in ICU, save medical and health resources, and provide information and decision support for hospital nursing management. This paper introduces the current situation of ICU nursing medication safety at home and abroad, summarizes the research progress of ICU patient nursing medication safety evaluation system in hospital nursing management at home and abroad, and puts forward paying attention to the evaluation and measures of ICU nursing medication safety management, which plays an important role in preventing ICU nursing adverse events,It is of great significance to build a complete set of ICU nursing medication safety evaluation index system in China.
