平消明目方联合生活方式干预治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察平消明目方联合生活方式干预治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年3月就诊于广东省第二中医院及天河区沙东街道社区卫生服务中心的DR患者64例,采取随机数字表分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。两组患者均予盐酸二甲双胍片及生活方式干预,对照组患者在此基础上给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,而观察组则给予平消明目方治疗,两组患者均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者的总体疗效、治疗前后的中医证候评分(TCM-SCS)以及空腹血糖(FBS)、糖化血红蛋白(HBALC)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的TCM-SCS评分为(10.34±4.22)分,明显低于对照组的(13.64±5.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血清FBS、TC、TG分别为(5.70±1.24) mmol/L、(5.55±0.48) mol/L、(2.09±0.33) mol/L,明显低于对照组的(7.22±1.27) mmol/L、(6.14±0.5) mol/L、(2.44±0.45) mol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后的HBALC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 平消明目方联合生活方式干预能够改善糖尿病视网膜病变的症状,对糖脂异常有一定调节作用。Objective To study the effect of Pingxiaomingmu decoration combined with life style intervention in treating diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods Sixty-four DR patients from Guangdong Secondary Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shadong Community Health Service Center of Tianhe District of Guangzhou during March2020 to March 2021 were divided into a control and an observation group by random number table, with 32 patients in each group. Based on metformin hydrochloride and life style intervention, patients in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate, while those in the observation group were treated with the Pingxiaomingmu decoration, both for 8weeks. The total effect, TCM symptom complex score(TCM-SCS) before and after treatment, and the levels of fasting blood-glucose(FBS), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), total cholesterol(TC), and triglyceride(TG) before and after medication were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was93.75%, significantly higher than 68.75% in the control group(P<0.05). The serum level of FBS, TC, and TG were(5.70±1.24) mmol/L,(5.55±0.48) mol/L,(2.09±0.33) mol/L, significantly lower than(7.22±1.27) mol/L,(6.14±0.5) mol/L,(2.44±0.45) mol/L in the control group(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between two groups in the serum level of Hb Alc(P>0.05). Conclusion Pingxiaomingmu decoration combined with life style intervention could improve the symptoms of DR, which has a certain regulatory effect on abnormal glucose and lipid.
