摘 要:产品设计是一个往复迭代的过程,其核心是设计知识的获取与应用。知识推送技术有利于提高设计者的知识利用效率,并辅助其完成产品设计迭代、生成设计方案。现有的知识推送方法在产品设计流程构建、设计信息获取等方面可辅助设计者进行设计决策,但关于如何进行知识扩展以适应迭代设计过程中动态需求的研究较少。针对该问题,提出一种支持产品迭代设计的知识推送方法,通过知识扩展辅助设计者灵活应用知识进行产品迭代设计决策。首先,面向产品迭代设计的动态知识需求,提出支持产品迭代设计的知识推送模型;其次,研究基于功能-行为-结构映射的需求分解与处理方法,建立基于知识图谱的设计知识可视化表达与结构化存储策略;然后,建立基于知识相似度的迭代设计知识模型评价方法,并根据评价结果,进行知识推送与扩展。在此基础上,研发支持产品迭代设计的知识推送原型系统。以电梯驱动系统的设计为例,验证所述方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明,所提出的方法能够实现设计知识的推送与扩展,有效辅助设计者运用知识进行设计迭代。Product design is a reciprocal iterative process, the core is the acquisition and application of design knowledge. Knowledge push technology can help designers improve the efficiency of knowledge utilization and assist them to complete product design iterations and generate design solutions. Existing knowledge push methods can assist designers in design decision-making in terms of product design process construction and design information acquisition, but there is less research on how to extend knowledge to adapt to the dynamic needs in the iterative design process. To address this issue, a knowledge-pushing method to support iterative product design is proposed to assist designers in flexibly applying knowledge to make iterative product design decisions through knowledge extension. Firstly, a knowledge push model to support product iterative design is proposed for the dynamic knowledge requirements of product iterative design;secondly, a requirement decomposition and processing method based on the function-behavior-structure mapping are studied, and a visual representation and structured storage strategy of design knowledge based on knowledge mapping are established;then, an evaluation method of knowledge model for iterative design based on knowledge similarity is established, knowledge pushing and expansion is based on the evaluation results. On this basis, a prototype knowledge push system is developed to support the iterative design of products. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by taking the design of the elevator driven system as an example. The result shows that the proposed method can push and extend the design knowledge and effectively assist designers to use the knowledge for design iteration.
