多种皮瓣修复鼻部缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结多种皮瓣修复鼻部各部位缺损的临床应用。方法回顾分析2017—2021年滕州市中心人民医院32例采用皮瓣修复鼻部缺损患者的临床资料。结果采用鼻正中推移皮瓣修复9例,鼻面沟推移皮瓣修复10例,鼻唇沟皮瓣修复8例,鼻唇部推移皮瓣修复2例,额部推移皮瓣修复2例,游离耳屏软骨皮瓣修复1例。术后皮瓣均成活,血运良好,鼻外形及立体结构恢复正常。术后6~24个月随访无肿瘤复发。结论术中所采用的多种皮瓣是修复鼻部多部位较小缺损的较好选择,手术操作简单易行,成功率高。Objective To summarize the clinical application of multiple flaps in repairing nasal defects.Methods The clinical data of 32 nasal defect patients underwent flap repair in the Tengzhou Central People′s Hospital from 2017 to 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The nasal median displacement flap was used in 9 cases,nasofacial groove displacement flap in 10 cases,nasolabial groove flap in 8 cases,nasolabial displacement flap in 2 cases,frontal displacement flap in 2 cases,and free tragus cartilage flap in 1 case.After operation,all flaps survived,blood supply was good,nasal shape and stereoscopic structure returned to normal.There was no tumor recurrence during 6 to 24 months after operation.Conclusions It is a good choice to use multiple flaps to repair the small defects of nasal parts.And the operation is simple and easy with high success rate.
