摘 要:长输蒸汽管网的压降和温降是制约供热半径的关键因素。结合工程案例,从蒸汽流速、保温结构与隔热管托材质等3个方面,对影响中压长输蒸汽管道压降和温降的因素进行分析。结果显示:中压长输蒸汽管道设计的推荐流速为10~25 m/s;提出以纳米气凝胶毡、保温铝箔非织造布、高温玻璃棉为材料的复合保温结构;提出以新型硅酸钙作为硬质隔热层的整体式隔热管托方案,为长输蒸汽管网的设计和施工提供参考。The pressure drop and temperature drop of long-distance pipeline are the key factors restricting the heating radius. Combined with engineering cases, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the pressure drop and temperature drop of medium pressure and long-distance steam pipeline from three aspects of steam flow rate, insulation structure and insulation pipe support material. The result show that recommended design speed of the medium pressure steam pipeline for long-distance transmission is 10~25 m/s. A composite insulation structure based on aerogel felt, thermal insulation aluminum foil nonwoven and high temperature glass wool is proposed. A new type of monolithic heat insulation pipe support scheme with new calcium silicate as rigid insulation layer is put forward. The paper provides a reference for the design and construction of long-distance steam pipeline network.
