来曲唑配合补肾调冲汤治疗卵泡发育不良性不孕症患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析对卵泡发育不良性不孕症患者在来曲唑治疗基础上联合中药方剂补肾调冲汤的临床效果及对妊娠率、性激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年10月间义马市人民医院收治确诊卵泡发育不良性不孕症患者80例,遵循随机数字表法将患者每组40例分为对照组、联合组。对照组给予来曲唑药物治疗,联合组采取中西医结合(来曲唑联合补肾调冲汤)方案治疗。比较两种治疗方案下患者病情控制效果、性激素指标变化、妊娠成功率。结果联合组患者临床疗效评价有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各项指标有所改善,联合组指标改善幅度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在随访期间联合组患者成功妊娠比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床收治卵泡发育不良性不孕症患者可给予中西医结合治疗,即来曲唑联合补肾调冲汤方案干预,对于改善病情,调整性激素指标及提高妊娠率有良好作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of letrozole combined with Bushen Tiaochong Decoction on infertility patients with follicular dysplasia and its influence on pregnancy rate and sex hormone levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with follicular dysplasia infertility diagnosed in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected.According to random number table method,40 patients in each group were divided into control group and combination group.The control group was given Letrozole was used for drug treatment,and the combination group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine(letrozole combined with Bushen Tiao Chong Decoction).The disease control effect,the changes of sex hormone indexes and the pregnancy success rate of the patients were compared under the two treatment regimens.Results The effective rate of clinical efficacy evaluation in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and other sex hormone indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the indexes of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the proportion of successful pregnancy in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of infertility patients with follicular dysplasia can be treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,namely letrozole combined with Bushen Tiaochong decoction,which has a good effect on improving the condition,adjusting the sex hormone indicators and improving the pregnancy rate.
