盐酸甲氧氯普胺与新斯的明对妇科腹腔镜手术后促进肠蠕动恢复的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的研究盐酸甲氧氯普胺和新斯的明穴位注射对于妇科腹腔手术的肠胃功能恢复的作用。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月在灵宝市妇幼保健院妇科行腹腔镜手术的100例患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组50例及对照组50例,其中观察组给予盐酸甲氧氯普胺穴位注射和新斯明穴位注射,对照组给予新斯的明足三里穴位注射。比较两组患者治疗有效率,术后肠蠕动恢复期、首次排气时间以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后临床有效率为96.00%,对照组为66.00%,两组治疗患者的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠蠕动恢复及术后首次排气时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率(4.00%),明显低于对照组(12.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后应用盐酸甲氧氯普胺穴位注射疗效显著,可促进胃肠功能的恢复,还可缓解术后患者恶心的不良反应。Objective To study the effect of reclomide and neostigmine acupoint injection on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The observation group was given reclomide and neostigmine acupoint injection,the control group was given the neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection.The treatment response rate,postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery period,first exhaust time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical response rate was 96.00%of the observation group and 66.00%of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The recovery of intestinal peristalsis and the first postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of post-treatment adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(12.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative application of reclomide acupoint injection is very effective,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and can also relieve the adverse reactions of nausea in patients after surgery.
