摘　　要：颈椎病为临床上常见病与多发病,渐年轻化趋势,症状易反复,给人们带来极大的痛苦。柳刚主任认为颈椎病多与“不荣”“不通”相关,在阿是穴基础上,以病损为腧,提出“颈椎横突旁针刺法”,并结合颈椎松解手法治疗颈椎病,以达舒筋通络、活血化瘀之功效。操作时倡导无痛针刺,重视押手的作用,强调“针感”,在治疗颈椎病上可达到满意的效果。Cervical spondylosis is a clinical common disease and frequently occurring disease,gradually younger trend,symptoms are easy to repeat,bring great pain to people.Director Gang believes that cervical spondylosis is mostly related to"vanity"and obstruction",on the basis of the point,with disease as acupoints,put forward the"cervical transverse lateral acupuncture method",and combined with cervical release technique to treat cervical spondylosis,to achieve the effect of relieving collaterals,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The operation advocates painless acupuncture,pay attention to the role of hand custody,emphasize the"needle feeling",in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can achieve satisfactory results.
