中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究近况

摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎是临床中老年人常见病和多发病,严重影响患者的日常生活及身心健康,且随着人口老龄化问题不断加深,该病发病率呈逐年上升趋势。因此改善患者生活质量成为临床治疗的重中之重。中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎手段种类丰富,疗效确切,为临床提供了诸多治疗手段,具有独特的优势。随着基础研究已丰富至分子生物研究水平,临床研究也逐渐全面化和多元化。现就2016~2021年期间中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究作一概括和总结,以期为更好地开展临床工作提供理论依据。Knee osteoarthritis is a common and frequent disease in the middle-aged and elderly,which seriously affects the daily life and physical and mental health of patients,and with the accelerated aging of the population,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year.Therefore,improving the quality of life of patients has become a top priority in clinical treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a wide variety of treatment methods for Knee osteoarthritis,and has unique advantages in terms of its efficacy.As basic research has been enriched to the level of molecular biological research,clinical research is gradually becoming more comprehensive and diversified.The clinical research on the treatment of Knee osteoarthritis by external treatment of TCM in recent years is summarized and summarized to provide a theoretical basis for better clinical work.
