摘　　要：妊娠期针刺需要谨慎施治,规避禁忌,历代医家总结出一系列妊娠禁针穴位,主要包括:三阴交、合谷、肩井、昆仑、至阴穴等。综合对照古今文献,从多角度探讨和分析妊娠禁针腧穴的作用机理,一方面可以避免风险,提高安全性;另一方面,借助禁针穴的促进胞宫收缩的功效,可以应用到促分娩、终止妊娠、减轻产后出血等治疗中。通过整理古籍论述及现代研究成果,以期为临床的合理取穴、安全针刺以及灵活施治提供科学依据。During pregnancy,acupuncture should be treated with caution,avoid using contraindicated acupoints.The doctors of the ages summed up a series of prohibited acupoints for pregnant women,including Sanyinjiao、Hegu、Jianjing、Kunlun、Zhiyin etc.Based on the discussion of the past and the present,from multiple perspectives to discuss and analyze the mechanism of acupuncture points in pregnancy,on the one hand,it can avoid risks and improve securit,On the other hand,with the help of acupoints to promote the effect of uterine contraction,It can be applied to promote childbirth,terminate pregnancy,reduce postpartum bleeding and other treatments.By collating ancient treatises and modern research,In order to provide scientific basis for rational acupoints selection,safe acupuncture and flexible treatment in clinic.
