摘　　要：生态文明建设是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容,环境检察专门化是生态环境保护司法专门化的重要组成部分。设立专门环境检察机构是生态文明建设的必然要求,有助于提升环境保护的专业化。环境检察专门化是我国法治建设迈向“良法善治”的应有之义,我国已经具有环境检察专门化的政策基础和法律保障。但是,我国生态环境保护的专门化还存在一些问题:环境检察专门化的“生态”系统亟待形成,环境保护专门化的立法尚需要一体化推进,专门化的人才队伍与实践需求存在差距,环境保护检察工作的跨区域协作还不够畅通,相关配套衔接机制还有待完善。因此,需要根据实践情况科学设置专门化机构,为环境检察专门化“生态”系统强基;以“一体化”与“全过程”保护为视角完善相关法律制度,夯实环境检察专门化的人才与技术支持;促进环境保护检察工作的跨区域协作和各项衔接工作机制的优化与完善。The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the construction of socialism with chinese characteristics in the new era,and the specialization of environmental procuratorial work is an important part of the judicial specialization of ecological environmental protection.The establishment of a special environmental procuratorial agency is the requirement of the construction of ecological civilization and the implementation of the national development strategy.The specialization of environmental procuratorial work helps to enhance the professionalization of environmental protection.The specialized practice of environmental procuratorial work in foreign countries can be used for reference.Specialization of environmental procuratorial work is the due meaning of our country’s rule of law construction towards“good law and good governance”,the policy basis and legal guarantee is ready.However,there are still some problems in the specialization of ecological environmental protection in China:the“ecological”system of specialization needs to be formed urgently,the legislation needs to be integrated,there is a gap between the specialized talent team and the practical needs,the cross regional cooperation is not smooth,and the relevant supporting linkage mechanism needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically set up specialized institutions according to the practice,strengthen the foundation for the“ecological”system of specialization,improve the relevant legal system from the perspective of“integration”and“whole process”protection,consolidate the talents and technical support,and promote the cross regional cooperation and the optimization and improvement of various linkage mechanisms.
