摘　　要：目的:探讨脱细胞基质周围神经修复膜在周围神经损伤修复中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年4月至2021年4月急性指神经断裂患者70例作为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。两组均行神经吻合术治疗,对照组神经吻合术后予以旷置,观察组神经吻合术后,使用脱细胞基质周围神经修复膜包裹保护神经吻合口,6个月后评估患者效果,比较两组断裂神经支配区两点辨别觉、Semmes-Weinstein单丝触觉、并发症发生率。结果:两组术后6个月辨别觉和单丝触觉得到明显改善;观察组术后6个月断裂神经支配区两点辨别觉、Semmes-Weinstein单丝触觉评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间异常炎症、感染、排异反应、过敏反应、异常引流、异常抽血检查结果发生率与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:脱细胞基质周围神经修复膜用于急性指神经断裂患者周围神经损伤修复中,有助于改善患者断裂神经支配区两点辨别觉、Semmes-Weinstein单丝触觉,且无明显并发症,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of acellular matrix peripheral nerve repair membrane in the repair of peripheral nerve injury.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2021,70 patients with acute finger nerve rupture were selected as subjects.Random number table method was divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with neuroanastomosis.The control group was treated with anastomosis after the nerve anastomosis.After the nerve anastomosis in the observation group,an acellular matrix peripheral nerve repair membrane was used to protect the nerve anastomosis.The patient's effect was evaluated 6 months later,and the two were compared.In the group,the two-point discrimination of the ruptured nerve innervation area,the Semmes-Weinstein monofilament tactile sensation,and the complication rate.Results:The discrimination and monofilament tactile sensation of the two groups were significantly improved at 6 months postoperatively;the two-point discrimination and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament tactile sensation scores of the ruptured innervation area in the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months postoperatively(P<0.05);The incidence of abnormal inflammation,infection,rejection reaction,allergic reaction,abnormal drainage,and abnormal blood test results in the observation group during treatment was equal to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of acellular matrix peripheral nerve repair membrane in the repair of peripheral nerve injury in patients with acute finger nerve rupture can help improve the two-point discrimination of the fractured nerve innervation area,the SemmesWeinstein monofilament tactile sensation,and the incidence of postoperative complications.Low,worthy of promotion and application.
