低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理用于消毒供应中心对灭菌合格率及工作质量影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理用于消毒供应中心对灭菌合格率及工作质量的影响。方法:将于我院消毒供应中心所用医疗器械中抽出120件,根据其器械消毒、管理方法差异性进行观察、对照分组。两组器械均采用低温等离子体灭菌器进行消毒灭菌,其中,对照组配合常规管理,观察组予以全程质控管理,比较两组工作人员工作质量和灭菌合格率。结果:观察组灭菌合格率为98.33%,高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组器械回收、清洗、包装、发放等各环节工作不合格率分别为5.00%、3.33%、3.33%、6.67%,均低于对照组的18.33%、23.33%、16.67%、25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理用于消毒供应中心器械管理中,不仅能提高工作人员工作质量,减少无谓失误,还能提高器械灭菌合格率,效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To study the influence of low-temperature plasma sterilizer with whole-process quality control management used in sterilization supply center on sterilization qualification rate and work quality.Method:120 pieces of medical equipment used in the disinfection supply center of our hospital will be selected,and observation and comparison groups will be made according to the differences in equipment disinfection and management methods.The two groups of instruments were sterilized by low-temperature plasma sterilizers.The control group cooperated with routine management,and the observation group received full quality control management.The work quality and sterilization qualification rate of the two groups of staff were compared.Results:The sterilization qualification rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 78.33%of the control group(P<0.05);the failure rate of the observation group was 5.00%,3.33%,etc.,respectively.3.33%and 6.67%were both lower than the 18.33%,23.33%,16.67%,and 25.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of low-temperature plasma sterilizer with full-process quality control management in the management of equipment in the disinfection supply center can not only improve the quality of staff,reduce unnecessary errors,but also increase the qualification rate of equipment sterilization.The effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
