摘　　要：剖宫产术后会伴随着中度乃至重度的术后疼痛,这可能会延迟恢复和恢复日常生活活动,损害母子关系,影响母亲的心理健康,并可能使母乳喂养复杂化。因此,剖宫产术后疼痛的缓解显得尤为重要。为了促进产妇术后恢复和减少阿片类药物带来的不良反应问题,许多学者提出了不同镇痛措施进行干预,本研究对目前临床常用的镇痛方式进行综述。Caesarean section is associated with moderate to severe postoperative pain,which may infl uence postoperative recovery and mental health of mothers;impair mother-child bonding;and may complicate breastfeeding.Therefore,optimal pain relief is important.To facilitate recovery and temper the side effects of potent analgesic drugs such as opioids,many scholars have proposed different analgesic measures to intervene,and this article will discuss the current commonly used analgesic methods.
