区域阻滞麻醉在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着医疗技术的不断发展和提高,剖宫产术后镇痛方式也越来越多样,其中超声引导下的区域阻滞麻醉对缓解剖宫产术后疼痛具有积极意义,成为围术期内有效的镇痛手段之一。现阶段,区域阻滞麻醉已在剖宫产术后镇痛领域得到了广泛应用。本研究查阅相关研究文献,对腹横肌平面阻滞、腰方肌阻滞、髂腹下-髂腹股沟神经阻滞、竖脊肌平面阻滞等常见剖宫产术后镇痛区域神经阻滞方法进行综述和分析,旨在临床镇痛方面提供新的思路及方法。In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of medical technology,the postoperative analgesia mode after cesarean section is becoming more and more diverse,among which the ultrasound-guided regional block anesthesia has a positive signifi cance to relieve the pain after cesarean section,and has become one of the effective analgesic means in the perioperative period.At present,regional block anesthesia has been widely used in the field of postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.This study reviewed relevant literature,and summarized and analyzed common regional nerve block methods for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section,such as transverse abdominus plane block,quadrat lumbosus block,iliac subabdominal ilioinguinal nerve block,erectinospinal plane block,etc.,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical analgesia.
