重度妊娠期高血压疾病产后合并心力衰竭患者采用综合治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重度妊娠期高血压疾病产后合并心力衰竭患者采用综合治疗的临床效果。方法选择28例重度妊娠期高血压疾病产后合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组14例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施解痉、镇静、扩容、利尿、降压等综合治疗。比较两组临床指标、住院期间舒适度、恢复指标。结果治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压与心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压与心率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院期间舒适度评分低于对照组,各恢复指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度妊娠期高血压疾病产后合并心力衰竭患者采用抗高血压、解痉、镇静、机械通气等综合治疗,可改善患者临床指标水平,提高舒适度,促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 28 patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension and postpartum heart failure were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 14 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the study group received spasmolysis,sedation,dilatation,diuretic,antihypertensive and other comprehensive treatment.The clinical indexes,comfort level during hospitalization and recovery indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the study group during hospitalization was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery indexes were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of antihypertensive,spasmolysis,sedation and mechanical ventilation can improve the level of clinical indicators,comfort level and recovery of patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension and postpartum heart failure.
