意外妊娠行阴道B超下无痛人工无痛流产术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨意外妊娠行阴道B超下无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法选择因意外妊娠行人工流产术的100例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者进行传统人工流产术,研究组患者在阴道B超下行无痛人工流产术。观察两组围术期指标、月经恢复时间、疼痛情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的手术时间、宫腔操作时间、宫腔操作次数以及手术出血量均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者月经恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、4 h,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论意外妊娠行阴道B超下无痛人工流产术能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量、宫腔操作时间和次数,降低患者疼痛感,促进患者恢复,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal B-ultrasound painless induced abortion for accidental pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent induced abortion due to accidental pregnancy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group underwent traditional induced abortion,while the study group underwent painless induced abortion under vaginal B-ultrasound.Perioperative indexes,menstrual recovery time,pain and postoperative complications were observed in both groups.Results The operation time,uterine operation time,uterine operation times and surgical bleeding in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).During the operation,there was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).1 and 4 h after surgery,VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless induced abortion under vaginal B-ultrasound for accidental pregnancy can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,uterine operation time and frequency,reduce the pain of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
